Morals & Choices.

What guides your decisions?

Two Tools for Moral Reasoning.

Rules & Law.

Within your life you will occasionally come across moral dilemmas. A difficult decision might need to be made at a particular time, in a particular place, and it will impact particular people. Through Divine Revelation the church provides steadfast laws and precepts that can help you discern the right course of action during these times. The choices trail will help you understand these tools and think through how to apply them in your life.

Virtue.

Virtues are good habits. As we practice good habits it is easier to naturally make good choices. Virtues help us seek what is truly good. Some virtues are theological meaning given to us by God. These support the moral virtues which help us live well. Use the following link to find an age-appropriate virtue guide. These guides will give you ideas for virtues to practice each month. To complete the Order of Fire Practice Faith Step, you will need to choose a virtue to focus on each month for 3 consecutive months.
