Payments:
Faith Formation Registration Fee: $100 per family*
*Sacramental Fee: +$50 additional fee for each child who is receiving a sacrament within this school year. The $50 fee is required for students in Level 2 (First Reconciliation/Communion), Children’s Catechumenate, and Confirmation classes.

To pay online visit: https://www.osvhub.com/akseas/funds . Please select “Faith Formation Fees” within the “Fund” options. You may also pay via cash or check (made to Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton) to the parish office.
